As people change the way of lifestyle and consumption, the hotel's function distribution, especially the high star hotel appeared on the distribution of the function. So,developing the potential ability in the hotel market, not only can greatly promote the hotel revenue in the marketing, can also in different degree, meet the needs of guests for products and services, either from the circulation of the hotel business activities or to the hotel market, the ultimate goal is to realize the goal of market management in the hotel in the initial stage of the preset. Because marketing is not just a single mode of marketing, it involves the scope is very broad and profound,not only the marketing survey link and hotel service product design and development of link, also including the product promotion and channel the flow of content. First-tier cities in our country, therefore, the hotel system,modern marketing system and function system has been gradually begin to implement standardization and the development trend of standardization, because of the increasing foreign hotel occupancy in the background, more and more management concept and marketing concept to our country traditional marketing service system put forward higher request and the test. In the high star hotel development in recent years, there were a considerable particularity-catering full-time marketing job, it is mainly to cultivate the core of hotel catering and customer service, which can largely improve their repetitive purchase rate. In addition,the professional food and beverage marketing also can reveal the hotel between core customers in the market competition,and this also is the hotel marketing way in the future market trend revealed, thus bring new vigor and vitality to the development of the hotel.So, in this paper, LHT hotel, for example, in the background and significance of study on the analysis of the background, introduced the research status at home and abroad for the hotel marketing management, and study the present research puts forward the relevant hotel marketing concept and the main content of the thesis research, methods and innovation. Secondly, analyzed the LHT hotel marketing management present situation,through the simple introduction of the hotel, can learn the hotel in the current stage of the marketing status quo,and a series of related problems in the process of marketing management. Late, with the marketing management situation of LHT hotel at this stage has carried on the comprehensive analysis of the causes, including the external cause and internal cause analysis, coupled with the use of SWOT matrix analysis method,comprehensive, pointed out the reasons and influencing factors. Finally, according to the above problems and cause analysis, targeted put forward the corresponding marketing management countermeasures, which can maximum limit solve the LHT hotel in difficulties in the process of marketing management, making the hotel through effective marketing management strategy greatly improve their market competitiveness and reputation.
