Timesharing spread into China in 1990s,and Timesharing Hotel was firstly well developed in Bei jing,Shang hai,Han nan Province,Zhe jiang Province and Shan dong Province and has formed a certain dimention.Now,the market environments that Chinese Timesharing Hotels are facing has brought development opportunities for Chinese Tourism,as well as bring some obstacles and problems because of present situation.From the view of corporations, the paper systemically analyze on marketing pattern of Timesharing Hotel, taking the research of Timesharing as basement and background. Firstly, the paper makes a comparation among Timesharing Hotel, Timesharing and Tourism Estate, and points out the key of each concept in order to differentiate them, and offer a clear prescription for Timesharing Hotel. Then the paper mainly analyzes on marketing environments, products designation and marketing channels. Chinese Timesharing Hotels must conquer the obstacles on imperfection of law and credit system, lack of organizations and scope of industry, on the base of making good use of good conditions, and find proper developing ways. Otherwise, there is no persistent development, which is proved by the cases analysis. Corporations must combinate with Timesharing when develop and design products, that is the combination of time right and property right. In order to satisfy the demands of investment and vacation, products' constant and price must agree with Chinese' consuming concept and level. Corporation can develop constantly only when it can satisfy market demand. Designation of channels must exceed entrust-agency, and corporations should participate Timesharing exchange system, make good use of exchange system and data base of interval and international, realize the share of time and space, achieve the best resources arrangement of corporation and market.
