Performance Evaluation On Agricultural Technology Extension From The Farming Householders And Analysis On Its Influence Factors

Farmers are "consumers" and beneficiaries of agricultural technology,therefore their evaluations on the extension performance of agricultural technicians can objectively reflect the agricultural technology extension effects to a very large extent.It is helpful to directly and deeply grasp the main contradictions and key problems in the docking of agricultural technology supply and demand.and the guidance for the promotion of the work of China's agricultural technology extension.After the study of existing documents related to agricultural technology extension domestically and abroad.By investigating the current situation of agricultural technology extension in Hunan Pingjiang and Heilongjiang Yian.,the writer constructs an index system to analyze the farmers' evaluations on extension performance of agricultural technology.Then deeply analyzes the key elements that influence the performance evaluation,and draws following conclusions:Firstly,agricultural technicians are the most trusted agricultural technology advisory body,they are also the most chosen body of agricultural technology consulted.In contrast,agro-related enterprises and network media are the least trusted and relied.Among the agricultural technology extension way,issuing technical data,organizing technical training,and technical explanation in farmland are the most effective ways that interviewees thinking about.Secondly,among the scores of performances evaluation of the extension,the extension satisfaction degree gets the highest score,and extension effect score is the lowest,except for yield increase.The promotion of farmers' quality is in the middle position.After a detailed indicators analysis,the top three are satisfaction degree of agricultural technicians' service,yield increase and satisfaction degree of technology demand feedback.Thirdly,the following seven variables have significant influence on the performance evaluation: for extension behavior,there are extension times and extension content;for characteristics of network relation,there are farmers' trust degree to agricultural technicians and their relationship with the technicians;for farmers' family characteristics,there are types of management entities and whether these entities are technological leading household;for regional characteristics,there is distance from agricultural technology station.More extension times,more colorful content,higher trust degree,better relationships,if farmers are technologically major and leading household,and shorter distance from the station mean better performance evaluation.
