Study On Development Countermeasures Of Chinese Yam Industry In Mingxi County

To promote the development of Chinese yam industry to expand the channels of farmers' income,has the vital significance to promote the development of rural economy in recent years,the scale of Chinese yam industry development in China is gradually expanding,the variety structure is gradually optimized.Mingxi county is a famous Chinese town,has a long history of cultivation in Chinese yam,yam industry development is richly endowed by nature natural advantages,in recent years,Mingxi county will Huaishan development as an important starting point of strategic development,optimize the industrial layout to improve yam yam,fine processing ability,and gradually formed the development path of Chinese yam industry with the characteristics of Mingxi County,the brand influence has been continuously improved,but with the deepening opening up,facing the Chinese yam industry development in the increasingly fierce market competition,the trend of economic globalization continues to strengthen the yam Mingxi county industrial development is facing great opportunities and challenges.In this context,the development of county in Mingxi yam industry as an example,using the data of field survey,analysis of its industrial development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities to strategy,and pointed out that there are many problems in the development,finally put forward the corresponding development strategy.To further enrich the related theories of the development of Chinese yam industry,and promote the development of county of Mingxi yam industry,has important practical significance,and provides a good reference for other parts of the country,the implementation of industrialization of yam.This paper uses literature review,we first analyzed the domestic and foreign literature,found the shortcomings of the existing research,and introduces the basic theory of industrial development,secondly,on the basis of the investigation,using the data obtained,the status quo and development of Mingxi SWOT County yam industry was analyzed,combined with the successful cases,put forward the corresponding policy proposal.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)in recent years,the development of county yam industry in Mingxi has achieved remarkable results,mainly in the quality of Chinese yam to continuously improve,policy support,increasing the brand effect of constantly upgrading,industrial integration scale etc..(2)the existence and development of Chinese yam industry in Mingxi are the main problems which restrict the circulation of funds and land is larger,the lower level of the market,leading enterprises is not enough,the development of technology and the lack of innovation,Huaishan sales organization degree,broaden the way to farmers is relatively low,the lack of management and technical personnel.(3)in order to promote the steady development of Mingxi yam industry,need to gradually improve the mechanism of distribution of interests,enterprises and farmers to improve the content of science and technology,Chinese yam industry in the development of active cooperation with scientific research institutions,the establishment of product research and development platform,fast yam seed cultivation,improve the yield and quality of Huai Shan,supporting a number of deep processing of Chinese yam leading enterprises.
