Research On Household Debt And Debt Repayment Capacity In China

Since the late 1990 s,the strong housing demand,the influence of the factor as household debt scale expands rapidly in our country.Appropriate debt can smooth consumption,improve the quality of life,expanding domestic demand,bring motivation for obtaining the higher income families.But excessive debt will become the family burden,debt pressure is enough to breath a family.So this article use the southwest university of finance and China family financial investigation and research center in nationwide in 2013 Chinese families financial survey to collect data,reference domestic and foreign literature,consulting experts,and combining the actual life experiences,research analyzes the scale of household debt and debt repayment ability.In the process of this study,the application of the stata,Excel and other statistical software,household debt scale factors of our country first has carried on the descriptive statistics,and used the pie chart intuitive analysis of the distribution of household debt in our country.Second,multiple regression and stepwise regression method is applied in this article,the factors affecting household debt in our country has carried on the screening of integration,and China's household debt scale factor regression model is established,and the family property debt scale factor regression model,the factors influencing China's family business debt regression model.Again,in this paper,according to the practical experience of life,and listen to expert opinion,determine the household debt in our country also ability evaluation index system of the free of charge,and making use of the analytic hierarchy process(APH)to determine the weight of each index,finally build the family debt repayment ability evaluation index system of our country.Household debt scale in our country is built up the innovative factors regression model and the family debt repayment ability evaluation system in our country,to loan and bank credit institutions such as whether to lend money to provide a theoretical basis.
