Research On Promote The Poverty Alleviation Efficiency Of Fiscal Expenditure For Agriculture

Our country is a traditional agricultural country,although our government attaches great importance to agricultural development,but the overall efficiency of current fiscal expenditure for agriculture is still not high,poverty alleviation benefit of fiscal expenditure for agriculture didn't do well.In this dissertation,the current fiscal expenditure for agriculture in China was analyzed.And discusses the reason of why the benefits of fiscal expenditure for agriculture are low.Finally based on the current system of fiscal expenditure for agriculture system problems of countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.This article reviewed polices of finance support agriculture after reform and opening and analysis foreign experience,although studied how to improve the performance of poverty alleviation.This dissertation is divided into five parts: The first part is put forward the fiscal expenditure for agriculture policy background and explanation of some basic concepts;The second part is analyzes the related theory of fiscal expenditure for agriculture.The third part is analyze present situation and the benefit of the fiscal expenditure for agriculture and discusses the cause of the low finance support agriculture performance.The fourth part analyses the foreign financial policies for supporting agriculture and analyzed the fiscal expenditure for agriculture policy enlightenment to our country The fifth part in view of the current our country fiscal expenditure for agriculture efficiency is not high for poverty alleviation situation countermeasures and suggestions are put forward?...
