Fiscal Policy Research On China's Accurate Poverty Alleviation At The Present Stage

Since the reform and opening up started,China's economy has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable achievements,but at the same time,there are many problems.The gap of development of urban and rural areas is very large,and the task of poverty alleviation is increasingly difficult.To coordinate economic development and social equity,the government needs to take appropriate measures to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor,promote coordinated development of the region and share the fruits of development.As a means of adjusting macroeconomic development,fiscal policy has the function of resource allocation,income distribution and maintenance of economic stability and social stability.Targeted poverty alleviation is the necessary measures to be taken in the current stage of economic development in China,and it is also of great significance.The article mainly has five sections.The first section is the introduction.Second section is the definition and theoretical basis of relevant concepts;The third section is the current situation and existing problems of the fiscal policy of precise poverty alleviation;The fourth section mainly analyzes the existing problems of the fiscal policy of targeted poverty alleviation in China.The fifth section puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The third section of this paper mainly introduces the development status and problems of targeted poverty alleviation in China.In present situation,this paper mainly introduces the precise poverty alleviation and development,our country in poverty alleviation and process of policy implementation of accurate inform,accurate results for poverty alleviation in China,accurate poverty alleviation poverty relief funds to situation in our country,etc.,and analyzes the problem of fiscal precise poverty in our country.Therefore,we have a general understanding of China's fiscal targeted poverty alleviation.Among them,in the policy notice,this paper lists the policy notification in the process of targeted poverty alleviation.The number of people living in poverty has decreased,and the incidence of poverty has decreased year by year.Poor area per capita disposable income increase,and rapid growth,with the national rural per capita disposable income in the income gap decreases year by year,poor areas improved living standards,consumption level is also improved,improved living conditions and so on is fiscal accurate results for poverty alleviation.In terms of poverty alleviation funds,China's poverty alleviation funds mainly focus on agriculture,animal husbandry,village roads,renovation of dilapidated rural houses,relocation of poverty-stricken areas,and construction of rural primary and secondary schools.The problems of fiscal expenditure structure,fiscal policy focus,financing of financial capital,and public information disclosure of financial funds are the problems of the current fiscal policy of targeted poverty alleviation in China.
