Research On The Relationship Between Business Mode And Entreprenurial Performance Of New Venture Enterprises

Now the wave of popular innovation has swept the country.Tsinghua University released the "Global Entrepreneurship Watch 2015/2016 China Report" pointed out that China’s entrepreneurial activities in the Group of Twenty in a more active state.China’s early entrepreneurial activity index was 12.84%,more active than most innovation-driven countries such as the United States(11.88%),the UK(6.93%),Germany(4.70%)and Japan(3.83%).But China’s entrepreneurial activities are mainly concentrated in the customer service industry,high value-added industries,the proportion of low-tech products and market innovation is relatively poor.From the theoretical and practical point of view,entrepreneurial enterprises lack of innovation,low quality of entrepreneurship is an important reason for the lack of a new business lack of a reasonable business model.This paper first reviews the theory of business growth theory and entrepreneurial process theory and the related theories of business model,entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial ability.The relationship between business model and entrepreneurial performance and the influence of entrepreneurial ability on business model and entrepreneurial performance This paper constructs the model of business model,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance relationship,and puts forward the hypothesis of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the previous literature combing,combined with the expert’s opinion,citing and adjusting the maturity scale of the relevant scholars,the business model,the entrepreneurial ability and the entrepreneurial performance scale suitable for the research are formulated,Conduct a questionnaire survey.According to the survey results,the descriptive statistical analysis of the characteristics of the samples was carried out,and the validity of the questionnaire was tested by reliability and validity analysis.At the same time,the relationship between business model,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance is verified by correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that the entrepreneurial business model and its dimensions,including customer value,internal value and cooperative value,have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial performance.The entrepreneurial ability can significantly enhance the influence of business model on entrepreneurial performance.Is the most significant opportunity recognition and resource integration capability.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized and the shortcomings of the research and the future research are put forward.
