Governments and societies around the world are paying increasing attention to the great effects on their social and economic development exerted by entrepreneurial work. And in recent years management of entrepreneurial work, generally accepted as a growing field of research, has become the focus of reseach in the circle of economic management, and the study of entrepreneurial resources has already become an important issues. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performance in the Chinese entrepreneurial enterprises, and provide the guidance for entrepreneurial management in our country.Having done a great review on prior research about the theory of entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial social competence, dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial performance and some deep case investigation, we find the relationship among them and raise the hypothesis and use the statistics analysis to validate them. Data were collect among entrepreneurial enterprises in china through questionnaires which asking the questions about entrepreneurial resources, and the soft SPSS was used to tested the model, the hypotheses were largely supported. The main conclusions are showed as follows:1. Entrepreneurial social competence includes two dimensions: individual entrepreneurship social competence and organizational entrepreneurship social competence. Entrepreneurial social competence is the antecedent variable of entrepreneurial resources that can make a significant impact on it.2. Entrepreneurial resources include two dimensions: the intangible and tangible resources. Entrepreneurial resources will help enhancing entrepreneurial performance. Tangible resources are particularly notable influence on survival performance, and intangible resources are particularly notable influence on growth performance.3. Dynamic capabilities are comprised by four dimensions, that is environmental awareness capabilities, changing and renewal capabilites, technological flexibility capabilities, organizational flexibility capabilities, and each dimension of the dynamic capabilities have a direct impact on entrepreneurial performance.4. Entrepreneurial resources impact on entrepreneurial performance through the dynamic capabilities, and the paper proves that dymatic capabilities play a part of intermediary role between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performance.
