Since China practiced the strategy of reform and opening-up in the year 1978,the domestic productive forces have been further liberation.The market economy replaced the original planned economy and became the dominant status in China.Because the lack of supervision,some unscrupulous businessmen use improper ways of competition to pursue the maximization of benefits which harmed the consumer rights.After China joined the WTO,the market competition became more and more fiercely.The situation of domestic consumers' rights also intensified.Based on T city as the research object,this paper shows the situation of the consumers' right,analyses the problem and then gives some advice to deal with it.The paper is separated into seven parts.The first part is fundamental notion and theory which mainly introduces the concept of consumers and the concept of market failure.The second part is to introduce the way and achievement which T city practiced the protection of the consumer rights in 2015.The third part is to analysis the data of consumer complaints and try to find the tendency of consumption in T city.The forth part finds out three problems,including the number of consumer complaints is increasing in tangible market,special consumers may bring new challenge,and new mobile Internet consumption problems as wechat increase business began to emerge.The fifth part is the analysis of reason about the problems in the consumers' rights protection in T city.The sixth part is to introduce the foreign consumer rights protection experience.The seventh part is aiming at the problems of T city,giving suggestions to improve T city consumers' rights protection.This paper is mainly adopted the method of data collecting,system analysis,theoretical and practical combination method.The paper's significance is to aim at exploring new direction for the works of basic marketing and quality supervision administration on the protection of consumer rights.By discussing the current status,the reason of problem and the suggestion of T city,this paper wants to find out the better way of improve the efficiency of work for market and quality supervision administration.
