Research On Financial Risk Appraisal And Control Of HD Construction Group

In the context of China's new normal development of economy,the market environment and economic environment have become increasingly complex,and the financial risks faced by enterprises become more and more complex.The size of financial risk will have a direct impact on the development.Enterprises must pay attention to the adverse effects of financial risk to the enterprise development and understand the existing and potential financial risk and control it to lay a solid foundation for the sound development of enterprises.The real estate enterprises as an important industry for the development of the national economy,are the representative of capital intensive enterprises.Capital movement is the most direct embodiment of the financial risk,and therefore this thesis from the angle of real estate enterprises studies the financial risk control.Based on the reality of HD Construction Group,this thesis studies the financial risks,through reading a lot of literature and learning the outstanding research results of scholars at home and abroad.In particular,the thesis combines the characteristics of the real estate industry and HD Construction Group's specific situation.And financial risks can be divided into funding risk,investment risk,operational risk and cash flow risk.For this risks in HD Construction Group,the thesis makes risk identification,comprehensive evaluation,and finds out the cause of the risk.By identifying the causes of HD Construction Group's financial risk factors,and using Analytic Hierarchy Process and efficacy coefficient method,this study builds comprehensive evaluation system of financial risk,estimates possibilities of HD Construction Group's financial crisis.That is to say,based on the existence of financial risks and the severity of financial crisis caused by the financial risks in the current stage,thesis concluded that HD construction group is in a moderate crisis.Finally,from the system as well as the project in advance,in the event,after the event and so on several aspects to strengthen the HD Construction Group financial risk control measures.Through the analysis and research,this thesis provides help for the financial risk control of small and medium-sized real estate company,such as HD Construction Group,in order to benefit the healthy development of similar enterprises.
