Research On Enterprise Credit Risk Evaluation Optimization From The Perspective Of Customs Risk Management

With the development of network technology and data-storage equipment,there is an exponential growth in global data,and the value of data resource has been explored.The analysis and use of data has been widespread,and has reformed the way we live,work and cognize.The use of data analysis will also definitely bring revolution of the management concept and mode in the government.As the state organ at the border,customs plays an important role in safeguarding national finance and interest during the exchange with foreign countries in political,economical and cultural affairs.The modern system of customs centered on risk management is the second stage of customsdevelopment strategy.With great efforts,the informatization and intelligentization of customs management has been preliminarily realized.Nevertheless,faced with the continuous increase of data in customs,there are still some deficiencies.First,the risk identification is not comprehensive.Second,the risk assessment is not intelligent.Third,the risk response is lagging behind.Deepening the reform of customsenterprise credit risk management is the key to solving the problems,such as scattered information,multiple commands,departmental and regional barriers,and limited methods.The age of information is the chance to improve management efficiency and construct modern customs,as well as the challenge to customs risk management.The inevitable problem of advancing risk management is how to make use of data analysis to reform customs enterprise credit risk management and accelerate the intelligentization of supervision decision-making.The applied level of enterprise credit risk management in customs risk management will influence how to change from empirical management to intelligent management.From the perspective of risk identification,risk analysis and risk assessment,this paper analyzes the problems in the mode of customs enterprise credit risk management,puts forward the methods to advance customs risk management,and through the use of analytic hierarchy process to improve the enterprise credit risk evaluation system,in order to abandon experience and intuition,upgrade the accuracy and scientificity of decision-making,and improve the skill of forecast,early warning and emergence response.
