Since reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved rapid development,the apparel industry as a traditional industry,obtained the good result,but also obviously deficiencies,big but not strong,many but not jing is our garment industry characteristics,the major ways of profit or do OEM for other brands,the lack of its own brand,brand awareness and brand marketing ability is weak.Especially in pay attention to the clothing or in the follow position in the field of fashion,such a position,will seriously restrict China's garment industry bigger and stronger.In today's fierce market competition,how to survive,how to achieve rapid progress and even go to the position of leader,is each garment enterprises are faced with the problem and the need to think about.This paper hope through to the Nanjing rubbing the clothing marketing strategy research,can provide some direction for the development of garment industry in China and reference.Nanjing rubbing the clothing co.,LTD.Since established,has developed more than ten years,from at the beginning of a store,to now nearly thousand shop,enterprises are in the personal experience from previous leader management stages of transition towards a scientific management,in developing enterprise marketing there are all kinds of problems,in this paper,both at home and abroad about the document of fast fashion and marketing theory as the theoretical basis,using qualitative research methods of case analysis and SWOT analysis tools,to nanjing the macro environment,industry environment analysis of the clothing company and microcosmic environment were analyzed,and pointed out the the clothing marketing present situation and the problems need to be solved:slow speed of product updates,single channel management ability weak,promotion methods,etc.,and finally puts forward the marketing strategy of the company fast fashion clothing:based on customer requirements of product design and improvement,cost based on the customer consider the price of the formulation and modification,to strengthen and increase,promotion of the construction of the channels in the form of rich and perfect,and put forward the marketing strategy implementation need protection.Research conclusion for our country of the same type clothing enterprise reference when making marketing strategy.
