Evaluation On The Effect Of Central Rising Policy On Agricultural Growth

As a strategy to promote regional economic and social development,to implement the strategy of rise of central China,has been more than 10 years from 2006.Agriculture is the basic industry of national economic development and the pillar industry,for as the central part of the food production base in China is particularly important.The improvement of agriculture in the central region also has great significance for the smooth implementation of the central rise strategy.First,agricultural development is important in the central region,and its overall appearance is directly related to the economic development in the central region.Second,the rapid development of the economy requires the backing of agriculture.Finally,the specific environmental requirements of the central region must be carried out in a new way.This paper adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,from the perspective of the research strategy of central rise policy effect on agricultural growth.First of all,through the establishment of the theoretical framework of rise of central China strategy for agricultural growth,carries on the analysis about the present situation of the central region agriculture.Secondly,from the perspective of the national,the use of the country's 2000-2015 panel data of 31 provincial-level governments PSM-DID model is set up,using stata software measurement analysis strategy of central rise policy effect on agricultural growth.The results show that the central rise strategy is very effective in the agricultural growth in the central region compared to the eastern and western regions.Again in order to avoid the change of agricultural growth tendency in the central region and other systemic differences,guarantee the stability and feasibility of the model,from three angles of empirical model,the PSM-DID method for robustness testing,have passed the inspection.Finally,based on the analysis of the empirical model results,it is concluded that the central rise strategy has a significant effect on agricultural growth.In order to further play the "policy dividend" of the central rise strategy,this paper makes reasonable Suggestions.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction,including the research background and problems,research purpose and significance,research methods and ideas,research framework and content,the possible innovation and deficiency.The second part of the basis of related theories and literature review both at home and abroad,on the basis of reviewing the related literature at home and abroad,the system reviewed the theoretical source of rise of central China strategy,strategy of rise of central China agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the central region before and after the status quo of the research,and made a brief review.The third part is the relevant characteristics of the central rise strategy,including the background of the central rise strategy,the implementation path and the outstanding issues before implementation.The fourth part is the rise of central China strategy research on mechanism of the influence of the agricultural growth.Fifth part is the strategy of central rise policy of agricultural growth effect of the empirical analysis part,first has carried on the theory of PSM-DID method to identify,secondly,using the method of PSM-DID analysis strategy of central rise policy effect of agriculturalgrowth,and robustness test.The sixth part is divided into conclusions and suggestions,through summarizing the research conclusion of this article,to further play to the rise of central China strategy "dividend policy" put forward reasonable suggestions.
