Under the background of globalization and the influence of Knowledge economy,talented people work everywhere regardless of the concept of nationality.According to the records from the Ministry of Education,China has become the biggest country in terms of the number of students who study abroad.A quarter students who study abroad come from China.From the record,we can also figure that half of the student abroad choose to go back to China to work and the number gets bigger and bigger as the time goes by.On account of this situation,an increasingly number of problems emerge.It has become a Social phenomenon that students at one's own expense go back to China to work.We need to figure out that what characteristics do overseas students possess,the reason of their such behaviors and how to solve these problems.Firstly,we find out the history and social reasons basing on the history of'development of self-paying students who study abroad.We also introduce the changes about self-paying study-abroad students in early modern time and modern time.We figure out the relationship between studying abroad and work back in China basing on the policies and development history of study abroad.At the same time,we search data about the state of development and tendency of Chinese self-paying students who study abroad and choose to work in China.We state a few new phenomenon and tendency about the overseas students.Secondly,we sort and refine the literatures from all over the world using document analysis scheme.We discuss about overseas students who choose to go back to China to work from multiple views.The study focus about the overseas students is different in China and other countries.In China,the researchers focus on the policies and job problems.However,foreign researchers focus on the adaptability of multiple cultures and languages.The main content of this paper follows.There problems are stated in this part:the reason why overseas students choose to go back to China to work,the situation of the job market and unbalance of the job market.We also come up with some possible countermeasures according to the country,the students themselves and the society.About the first problem,we delve into the reason why the overseas students choose to work in China.We talked to twelve students from different provinces and different majors with the method of semi-structured interview.Their ages are between nineteen and twenty eight.The content of the interview contains the study,life,culture and emotion of the students when they are in foreign country and according to which we figure out the reason why they choose to work in China.As for the second problem,we discuss the reason why it is not very successful that overseas students work in China.And for the last problem,we come up with some solutions according the two former problems.Finally,we conclude this paper.
