Under the current economic situation,with the progress of the times and the vigorous promotion of the "Internet +" development,the Internet industry has become an important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the national economy.The employees of Internet companies generally show a high turnover rate and an average working time of only 18 months,which greatly increases the human resource cost of the enterprise,which is not conducive to the continued healthy and stable development of Internet companies.The competition among enterprises is ultimately the competition of human resources,and the new employees,as the new force of human resources,is an important force for enterprises to achieve sustainable and healthy development.For enterprises,in order to obtain the initiative of development,it is eager to allow new employees to master the knowledge and skills required for the post in a relatively short period of time after entering the current organization,and to understand and integrate the organization operation as soon as possible,thus faster and better.The creation and use of its own value,ultimately output the performance results expected by the company,to provide sustainable competitiveness for the development of enterprises,and the active implementation of effective organizational socialization strategies is the key way to facilitate the faster integration of new employees into the organization.S Company is an Internet private enterprise mainly engaged in enterprise online ecological construction,brand interactive marketing and comprehensive promotion of foreign trade e-commerce,and electric merchant training.With the development of Internet + industry economy and risk investment approaching rationality,S company's business strategy is in the transition from B2 B platform model to enterprise online ecological construction service model.It is not uncommon for employees to leave because they are not suitable for work and long industry prospects..Based on the case study method and the organizational socialization strategy,this thesis selects S company as the research object,through the questionnaire survey of 125 new employees,using descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,stepwise regression analysis,hierarchical regression analysis,etc.Statistical methods,explore the status quo of the organization's implementation of organizational socialization strategies,and deeply study the impact relationship between the situational strategy,content strategy and social strategy of the organization's socialization strategy on the job adaptability of new employees,mainly comparing content strategy and social strategy to work adaptation.The specific impact differences of the dimensions,and finally propose how to improve the management adaptability of new employees by implementing effective organizational socialization strategies.The main research conclusions of this thesis include:(1)S job adaptability of new employees is moderate;(2)Content strategy and social strategy have a significant positive impact on the work mastery dimension of new employees;(3)Social strategy vs.new The clear dimension of the employee's role has a significant positive impact;(4)both the content strategy and the social strategy have a significant positive impact on the new employee's interpersonal relationship dimension;(5)the social strategy has a significant positive impact on the new employee's cultural adaptation dimension.
