The Analysis Of Influential Factors Of Intra-industry Trade In Services Of China-US And China-Japan

Most countries start to give more concern to the transformation of economic growth mode,under the background of the deceleration of global economic growth.China started to reduce inventory,excessive product and cut capacity with the "L-type grow" in China.The advantage of service industry,which includes low pollution,low energy consumption and high added value,has totally fulfilled these requirement.However,the intra-industry trade happens among not only developed countries,but also the developing ones and the mix of them.Based on the theories of trade and the empirical analysis,this paper studies the present situation,characteristics and influencing factors of intra-industry trade between China and America,China and Japan.According to the results,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.In this paper,the definition of the concepts come first.Then the literatures review.Thirdly,the paper clarifies the intra-industry trade level of C hina as a whole,Sino-US and Sino-Japan.Using the G-L and MIIT index to study the present situation and characteristics of intra-industry trade.The index shows that the Sino-US,Sino-Japan trade in services mainly happens in the IIT way,while the Sino-US tends to be vertical,and the Sino-Japan is horizon.Based on the theory of intra-industry trade and the characteristics of trade in services,this paper analyzes the factors such as service product differentiation,consumer’s demand preference,producer’s scale economy,foreign direct investment,opening degree and industrial structure,etc.The mechanism of the study,laid the theoretical foundation for empirical research.Through the methods of unit root test and multiple regression,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of intra-industry trade between China-US and China-Japan.The results show that the economies of scale and foreign direct investment have a positive effect on the intra-industry trade of the service industry,and the per capita income difference has a reverse effect.Finally,according to the conclusion of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
