China's huge bilateral trade surplus in Sino-US trade is to get the same benefits of trade, which has been one of the focus of debate between the two countries. United States has frequently accused China of lack of fairness, sustainability and balance in trade, claiming the Chinese trade increased unemployment in the United States, and undermined the healthy development of the U.S. economy. The Chinese sides that "surplus in China, the profits in the United States," and behind the huge surplus is the large losses of interests. This also led the two sides to discuss a wide range of trade interests. Overall, the Sino-US trade imbalance is an indisputable fact, but the distribution of benefits for both sides has no clear conclusion. Whether under the Sino-US trade imbalance relationship between trade interests? Qualitative analysis is difficult convincing, so that we need a scientific method to accurately measure. In this paper, studying on Sino-US trade balance, and based on international economic theory, macro and micro economics, statistics, econometrics, we consider the international division of labor, exchange rate, FDI, multinational corporations, economic structure, industrial structure and other factors. Within the framework of intra-product specialization, we build a theoretical model for the distribution of bilateral trade benefits, and use panel cointegration of the 1997-2009 Sino-US bilateral in 8 major trade gains in the manufacturing sector empirical studies to analyze the surface of Sino-US Trade Imbalance size and the flow of trade interests. The main content of this view include the following:(1)Under the intra-product specialization, we described systematicly the theory of trade benefits in Sino-US trade imbalance. To measure the distribution of bilateral trade benefits with added value from the perspective of the global value chain can reflect the country's foreign trade in real terms in the current intra-product specialization. The theory is expanded: First, we expand the theory of comparative advantage and construct the distribution of bilateral trade benefits under the intra-product specialization, using economies of scale theory, and second, analysis the theory of the distribution of bilateral trade benefits under producer-driven global value chain, the third is the theory of the distribution of bilateral trade benefits under the global value chain.(2) We state the current situation of Sino-US trade interests within intra-product specialization comprehensive and deeply . First, we explicit the meaning of trade interests, and then describe the distribution of benefits of Sino-US trade on optimism and pessimism, finally analysis the development of Sino-US trade in the product features and its'calculate which make a base for the following empirical study.(3) To validate the theoretical models and theoretical hypotheses, given the intra-product specialization mainly in the manufacturing sector, according to the foregoing measurement model and the availability of data, this paper selected panel data of china's eight manufacturing sector from1997 to 2009 to analysis intra-product specialization how to affect the distribution of trade benefits. The innovation of this paper lies in that under the background of intra-product specialization deeply research bilateral trade interests within Sino-US trade imbalance by demonstration which is a fresh perspective.
