With the increasing emphasis on health,more and more attention to drugs.But for now,our people for the understanding of drugs and related knowledge is not much,for the understanding of drugs more from the daily life of exposure to advertising.TV advertising as an important means to promote marketing,its communication,influence is higher than other media.Especially for the elderly,in the process of watching TV is more likely to accept the publicity from the TV advertising ads.However,in the process of the spread of television advertising,the general public on the content of advertising content of the authenticity of the effectiveness of difficult to identify,false advertising ads in television advertising endless,numerous people deceived.In this regard,although the country has long been attached importance to and take a series of measures to combat false illegal drug advertising,but the effect is unsatisfactory.This paper takes the supervision of TV commercials of prefecture-level TV as the research direction,and collects relevant data of Huai'an radio and television broadcast advertisements through the internship work of relevant supervisory units of TV commercials.Access to relevant documents and laws and regulations,to improve the discriminatory ability of illegal advertising of television drugs,summed up its characteristics,statistical irregularities.But also read and organize the Huai'an City,Culture,Radio,Film and Television Press and Publication Bureau on the advertising management of the work account,and interviewed the Huai'an City Administration for Industry and Commerce,Huai'an City Food and Drug Administration relevant departments of the staff,and through the Internet to find relevant information content,All-round control of Huai'an City radio and television drug marketing supervision of the status quo.Through the use of the knowledge of public management,the author analyzes and summarizes the problems and causes of the supervision of the current market-level television advertising,including: the relevant laws and regulations of TV drug advertisement supervision are not perfect,the government regulatory system mechanism is defective,Law enforcement is difficult,the role of industry self-discipline is weak,lack of social supervision and other issues.Through learning from the developed countries advanced management experience and regulatory methods,combined with China's national conditions and the reality,put forward to strengthen the municipal TV drug advertising supervision and recommendations.To further improve the relevant laws and regulations,to further improve the television drug advertising regulatory system,strengthen law enforcement and strengthen the law enforcement efforts to effectively play the role of industry self-discipline,to strengthen the public supervision of these five aspects of targeted scientific and reasonable,Operational recommendations,aimed at strengthening the city-level television drug advertising supervision,more to strengthen China's drug safety issues to make a modest contribution.
