Economic Added Value Evaluation Based On Project Investment Benefit Of TD-SCDMA

TD-SCDMA,which is used as China Mobile's 3G standard,is one of the three 3G network era build in China,and the other two are WCDMA and CDMA 2000.China's three major telecom operators,China Mobile,China Telecom and China Unicom are the construction of the three standard commercial 3G network.There are a lot of questions about TD-SCDMA since the construction of TD-SCDMA networkby China Mobile,they thought there is s no advantage compared technically withthe other two standard,and it's a failure of the work for China Mobile to invest in the construction of TDSCDMA network.And other more to support theirview is that China vigorously promote TD-LTE network,investment of TD-SCDMA network this basically stopped,when network development for 5 years.People think that the construction of capital investment in the network will never be recovered.In this paper,the economic value added(EVA)and the market value(MVA)theory is used to analysis the investment benefit and investment costof TD-SCDMA network in order to answer the question put forward.EVA is a new,different from the financial indicators of the project evaluation index,it is an expression of the capital cost of the project "net profit " to consider,is truly representative of the project investment benefit index.MVA is a difference between project investment and benefit,the value of the expression of the project from construction to begin to consider the differences between the time node of capital gains and capital investment,which is larger than zero represents the project profitability,less than zero said project losses,is closely linked with EVA index.In thispaper,the use of these two indicators of TD-SCDMA network investment and construction period and TD-SCDMA base station upgrade to also support TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE network after two period of the project investment benefit are studied,it is concluded that the conclusion of the investment value of the TD-SCDMA.
