Research On The Tourism Exploitation Of Beijing Cuandixia Ancient Village

The ancient village is a special historical heritage which is composed of natural landscape and cultural landscape.In the ancient village,the ancient architectural art,landscape art and traditional folk custom will be retained.Similarly,the west mountainous area of Beijing also retains many of the ancient village,located in the northwest region of Central West Beijing Zhaitang Chuandixia village was founded in Yongle,the village of 76 ancient courtyard houses of the village not only embodies the profound history and culture,but also reflects the rich folk activities,with precious historical and cultural the value,which gradually become the famous historical and cultural village.With China's entry into the era of leisure,ancient villages as a feature of rural tourism,but also attracted more and more tourists.However,in the process of development of ancient village tourism also appeared such as tourism development,environment destruction of village tourism product commercialization is serious,the ancient village stakeholder coordination and other problems,these problems in a certain extent,seriously restrict the sustainable development of ancient village tourism resources.This paper takes Chuandixia village as the research object,through the investigation of Chuandixia village protection and tourism development of the status quo,analysis of Chuandixia protection and development of ancient village tourism resources in the existing problems,put forward Chuandixia village tourism resources protection and tourism development strategy,in order to other ancient village protection and development of Tourism resources and provide the reference.The full text is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is introduction.This paper briefly describes the background and significance of the research on the domestic and foreign research status of ancient villages,research contents and research methods of theoretical research;the second chapter is the research on the theory elaboration,mainly defines the related concepts,analysis and classification of the ancient village,and the interests of the theory of sustainable development,this involved in the research process of related theory and the theory of tourism experience are elaborated;the third chapter is a basic overview of Chuandixia village,mainly introduced the analysis of Chuandixia village natural geography,history,village layout,architectural features and Chuandixia village research value;the fourth chapter through the questionnaire survey on the protection of tourism resources with the tourism development situation analysis:firstly and quantitative evaluation of the quality of tourism Chuandixia village tourism resources,followed by the Analysis of the tourism market,and analyzes the advantages of the protection and development of tourism resources and the existing problems;the fifth chapter puts forward Chuandixia village tourism resources protection and development strategy,mainly put forward positioning,Chuandixia village tourism development strategy and tourism development strategy;the sixth chapter summarizes and refines the conclusion and puts forward the in this paper,the innovation and shortcomings and the problems to be studied further.
