A Comparative Research On Evaluatiion Approach Of Ancient Village Tourism Resources Based On Visitor Perception

With the vigorous development of ancient village tourism and proposed sustainable development strategy of tourism, it is most important that how to obtain a scientific and accurate evaluation of the ancient village tourism resources. The research in this area is still weak, mainly in the National Quality Standardization of " Classification, investigation and evaluation of tourism resources". But the Standardization can not evaluate the quality status of the ancient village tourism resources and the area of evaluation is the tourist attraction. Therefore, increasing the study on the evaluation approach of the quality status of ancient village tourism resources is significance.This paper analyzes the problem of the evaluation approach of tourism resources on the basis of summarizing the former research of this area, from the view of the tourist perception, For the complexity and multi-level nature of the Ancient village tourism resources, and design based on visitor perception survey, in the expert knowledge and based on the Delphi Method, The effective integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and use the quantitative method to obtain the importance of norms. Mainly divided into two:Firstly, The Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Combination that the importance of norms can be obtained by the AHP and the result of Comprehensive Evaluation can be obtained by the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation approach, then we can analyze the quality status of the tourism resource; Secondly, Triangular Fuzzy and Principal Component Analysis of SPSS of the Combination that the importance of norms can be obtained by Principal Component Analysis and the result of Comprehensive Evaluation can be obtained by the Triangular Fuzzy. Therefore, the paper firstly makes use of the Importance-Performance Analysis value to express the results of the quality status based on the two methods and analyze the process of the two methods.This paper analyzes the advantage and the disadvantage of both of the methods,then combines the advantages of both approaches that can obtain another new approach. The new approach can be used to analyze the quality status of the ancient village tourism resources and quantify the quality of status of ancient villages tourism resources in Zhejiang Province, then provide some special suggests for each indicator. This method not only expand the range of evaluation(include the tourist attractions, services, environment),but also lead into one new view of visitor perception. Through the visitor perception of the status of the ancient village tourism resources and analyze the quality of the norms, then provide more reliable, accurate, and objective suggests for protecting the ancient village tourism resources and sustainable development of tourism.
