Financial support plays a more and more important role in the construction of innovative city,and the relationship between financial support and scientific and technological innovation is gradually established.In our country in 12 th Five-Year,we put forward the requirement of science and technology innovation city construction,and the way of economic development needs to be improved.Financial support and scientific and technological innovation as the two major driving force of economic development,science and technology innovation can not be separated from financial support,financial support for scientific and technological innovation provides a powerful boost.Science and technology innovation activities can drive the innovation behavior of the whole system.So it is closely related to the development of science and technology enterprises in the construction of innovative city.Large income high risk asset size is characteristic of small and medium-sized enterprises,and the capital demand gap is relatively large,so the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financial support has become one of the important problems of city innovation development.Beijing is the capital of our country,in order to strengthen financial support for science and technology enterprises,puts forward the concept of technology and finance,the idea to solve the funding gap problem of small and medium-sized enterprises in a certain extent,to some extent alleviate the financing problems of small and medium sized enterprises.This paper selects Beijing as the research focus,analyzes the relationship between financial support and scientific and technological innovation,summarizes the status of financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing,as a basis for the study of the combination of the two factors.Through combing the domestic and foreign advanced experience of financial support,put forward the Countermeasures of financial innovation,respectively from the overall linkage mechanism,optimize the financial funds to support the suggestion of perfecting the ownership structure,key development,the establishment of science and technology financial intermediary service system etc.
