The Evaluation About Lean Quality Management Of Ximeng 800kV Converter Station Project

Electric energy is widely used in our daily life.The development of industry is dependent on electric energy.The stable operation of power industry and the uninterrupted transportation of power supply are important preconditions to ensure people's normal life and economic stability.Nowadays,electricity sector is the basic industry and pillar of China's national economy and plays an important role in the development of the national economy.DC-AC conversion is an integral part of the power transmission.The quality of engineering converter station which can achieve DC-AC converter is particularly important.Imperfect quality management system,lack of quality awareness,less quality management activities limits the development of China's electricity sector.The traditional way of engineering quality management check the quality of project after it finished.A large number of hidden quality problems in the project are hard to find.There may have a lot of quality problems in the project.Accordingly,research on lean quality management of Ximeng 800 kV converter station project has a very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper firstly analyzes the background and significance of project quality management based on Lean-Thinking.Then summarize the theory of Lean quality management.And introduce the situation and characteristics of the converter station project.Construct lean quality management index system of Ximeng 800 kV converter station project.Based on the present situation of quality management on converter station,the target is thorough researched and given the reasonable explanation.Establish lean quality management on Ximeng 800 kV converter station engineering model based on F-AHP.Evaluate the effect of operation of lean quality management on Ximeng 800 kV converter station project.According to the evaluation results,combined with the actual situation,present some problems and solutions in lean quality management on Ximeng 800 kV converter station project.Provide reference for other electricity engineering on lean quality management through the research,and promote the healthy development of the electricity sector.
