In recent years,the state has vigorously developed DC transmission,and the converter stations undertake the important task of energy transmission in the western region in the west to East power transmission project,making the converter station employees become the key human resources of power enterprises.NX Electric Power Maintenance Company has the only two converter stations in the province,which plays an important role in accelerating the transformation of resource advantages in the autonomous region and ensuring the reliable power supply of East China power grid,with the advancement of the research and planning of the third DC transmission channel,how to do a good job in the human resource management of the converter stations from the national strategic layout to the development level of the company,has become an important topic.Based on the existing incentive theory,this study used the questionnaire survey method to understand the feelings and needs of the converter station employees of NX Electric Power Maintenance Company for the existing incentive mechanism,on this basis,combined with the analysis of the current situation of the incentive mechanism,it was found that there were some problems in the current incentive mechanism,such as the salary distribution failed to reflect the contribution of employees,the training work was not solid and effective,the promotion process was unfair and its channel was narrow,the honor selection was opaque and difficult to convince employees,and the lack of emotional incentive failed to be people-oriented.In view of these problems and their causes,specific improvement measures of incentive mechanism were put forward from five aspects:material incentive,training incentive,promotion incentive,honor incentive and emotional incentive.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement of incentive mechanism,the implementation steps and the guarantee measures for the improvement of incentive mechanism were put forward from three aspects of organization,system and supervision.The purpose of this study is to mobilize the enthusiasm of the converter station staff,tap their potential and stimulate their creativity,so as to ensure the talent transportation of each DC export channel and the safe and stable operation of the converter stations.
