With China's reform&opening up and the development of market economy,the domestic r eal estate industry is booming.Real estate enterprise is an important part of the estate enterprise industry in China.The survival and development of Real estate enterprise are directly related to the national economy and people's lives,directly related to the stability of the industry.Recently,there is also a variety of Human Resource management issues,with the rapid development of h uman resources of China's real estate enterprises,such as the satisfaction in economic salary and non-economic salary of marketing personnel being low,the marketing personnel salary system being out of date,lack of fairness,scientific and incentive etc.it is seriously affecting and weake ning the market competitiveness of China's real estate enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practi cal significance to carry out the research on the salary management of the real estate enterprises,to optimize the salary system of the real estate marketing staff,and to promote the construction of the salary system of the marketing staff.The paper studies the problems existing in the salary system,the optimization plan and imp lementation strategy of JS Company marketing staff,based on the investigation of the salary sys tern of the marketing staff of JS company.Combining with the salary system,incentive theory a nd salary management,on the basis of investigation and research,in view of the existing market ing personnel salary system of JS company and the reasons for the problems,the paper puts forw ard relevant optimization scheme and countermeasures.The research of this paper has important reference significance and practical guiding significance to the salary management of real estate enterprise.
