The purpose of this paper is to comb M county rural insurance status and M county of rural insurance marketing present situation,find out the marketing problems and the reasons;Base on the internal and external marketing environment in rural insurance,according to the specific situation,this paper positioning the target market of M county,optimize the existing marketing strategy,improve the business performance,outside the growth difficulties.In this paper,the main research significance has two aspects.In the theory,making up the vacancy of Rural insurance marketing research;in the practices,take M county as an example,studying the rural insurance marketing,improving the company's performance has a positive practical value and operating value,this paper is used as a reference of the rural insurance marketing.Main conclusions:(1)SO strategy:taking the opportunity of the policy,good economic of M county,young population structure,huge rural insurance market,many other external opportunities,Z insurance company internal advantages;developing the new rural insurance product and new rural insurance intermediary,using online tools,developing the rural insurance market.(2)the target market including:a small amount of short-term agricultural insurance;Small personal insurance;Savings income financial insurance;positioning "sweet,caring,escort".(3)product strategy:agricultural insurance,property insurance(about motor vehicle insurance),small personal insurance product;(4)added in some new channels:agricultural materials channels,hospitals,the village committee,WeChat channels.
