Research On The Construction Of NEEQ Big Data Supervision System Based On Apache Spark

NEEQ is an important part of China's multi-level capital market.In 2014,NEEQ expanded into a nationwide Stock Exchange,since then,the NEEQ market have been growing rapidly,the number of listed companies has surpassed the sum of listed companies of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.NEEQ is the third largest national stock exchange.As with the mainboard,NEEQ is under the jurisdiction of the SFC,but it has a unique market position which is different from the mainboard market.What's more,both the NEEQ market and the mainboard market belong to China's capital market supervision system,but there are differences in regulatory system arrangements.More than 90% of the listed companies of NEEQ are small and medium-sized enterprises featured by innovative,entrepreneurship and growing,companies in this market also have significant differences in terms of firm size,stage of development and business attributes.In the process of routine supervision of the NEEQ listed companies,there are a large amount of contradictions such as repeated works,serious shortage of manpower and other prominent issues,the NEEQ regulator has to expand its staff in cope with the sustained growth of the market and the increasingly complex regulatory needs.At present,the NEEQ regulator has developed a number of independent business system,the informatization process inside the regulator is advanced side by side with the improvement of regulatory rules.In 2016,the NEEQ regulator declared that “big data supervision” should be placed on the agenda,more technical means should be applied to solve regulatory contradictions,so as to realize timely detection,timely response and timely processing.On the basis of research on the NEEQ supervision rules,supervision system arrangement and supervision business,based on the theory of expert system,software engineering and ontology,take the big data supervision system as the research object,this paper tries to construct a multitier NEEQ big data supervision system based on Apache Spark.This paper first defines the related concepts,expounds the theory of the NEEQ supervision system,the expert system and the ontology,and gives a brief introduction to the Apache Spark system and the CLIPS tool.Then,combined with the author's practical work experience,the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the NEEQ big data supervision system are analyzed.Then,the article focuses on the construction of the NEEQ big data supervision system.Firstly,the paper puts forward the whole idea of the construction of the NEEQ big data supervision system,analyzes the key points of the regulation of three major supervision businesses,then designs the multilayer structure of the system,and research the application of the system.Finally,the development of the NEEQ big data supervision system is put forward.
