Research On DS Company's Financial Risk Evaluation Based On AHP

In recent years,as China's market economy and the deepening of the reform,the rapid development of the global economy,the phenomenon of uncertainty in the capital market has become increasingly prominent,enterprise risk management is facing a grim situation,more and more enterprises in crisis,the financial risk assessment as an important part of enterprise risk management.Can a scientific and accurate analysis and evaluation of the financial risk,directly affects the managers to make decisions and the company's long-term sustainable development.Therefore,in the process of continuous growth and development of the company,investors and business decision-makers pay more and more attention to the financial risk.As an important part of China's manufacturing industry,garment manufacturing industry is also under constant pressure and challenges.For the global economy in the doldrums,in recent years the international market of clothing overall demand has been reduced,while the domestic clothing in price and brand competition is increasingly fierce,coupled with the rapid rise of the apparel industry in Southeast Asia,all of China's garment industry in different extent,influence,development and management in clothing company bring a degree of risk.To solve this problem,analysis of the financial risk of garment manufacturing industry company and comprehensive evaluation research is very urgent,if the enterprise independent from the source of understanding and control of crisis,improve enterprise risk evaluation system,the risk will be nipped in the bud,will make the sustainable development of garment manufacturing enterprises more practical significance.Based on the related theory of financial risk,financial risk research from the domestic and foreign results.Combined with the operation of DS clothing company,then evaluate the company's financial risk,and puts forward some concrete suggestions for the implementation of the evaluation system of DS clothing company.This paper takes the DS company to 2011 real financial data in 2015 five year operating according to the analysis of the existing risk using comparative analysis and ratio analysis,and the risk system,the financial risk is divided into investment,financing,operation risk and growth in four aspects.In order to quantify the financial risk of the enterprise,which is beneficial to the subdivision of the financial risk,and can be accepted by DS company as soon as possible,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The actual operating situation and the domestic and foreign research results based on the screening of 10 evaluation indicators of financial risk,combined with the clothing company experts and teachers in Colleges and universities questionnaire opinion,the corresponding index weight calculation,determine the judgment matrix,establishing a risk assessment system,the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis to evaluate the financial risk of DS clothing company,the final evaluation the degree of financial risk,finally puts forward specific suggestions of the system.
