With the continuous progress of society,the improvement of people's quality of life,the development of Internet technology is getting faster and faster,online shopping is currently the main consumer spending items.The network to buy agricultural products,especially the Internet to buy fruits and vegetables as a new product of the Internet consumption,but also gradually being recognized by more and more consumers and accept.With the increasingly fierce competition of agricultural products,understand and solve the fruits and vegetables products buyers satisfaction is not only to buy fruits and vegetables network development of agricultural products market and consumers' satisfaction to improve has very good practical significance.This paper focuses on the status quo of firuits and vegetables to buy online,based on the field survey data,by the domestic and foreign research summary,consumer groups in Shenyang field research on the network to buy fruit and vegetable agricultural products at this stage of satisfaction.From the Li Ke scale of existing mature scholars,to reflect consumer satisfaction on the fruit thinning of agricultural products through the analysis of consumer products,business,logistics and social sites,five levels of satisfaction in the use of cross table research on the personal characteristics of consumers to the overall satisfaction.According to the conclusion of this paper,consumers are satisfied with the quality,packaging,word of mouth,pre-sale service,marketing planning,web design and logistics distribution speed.To solve these problems,improve the satisfaction of consumers in Shenyang area were put forward the following suggestions on consumers,producers and relevant enterprises and society:actively participate in supervision and management;improve the consumers of fruits and other agricultural products cognition and scientific and rational consumption;to strengthen the quality supervision of agricultural products;perfect shopping platform construction;ensure environmental safety;actively carry out marketing activities and the importance of customer service service;speeding up the construction of logistics infrastructure;government regulation to improve the fruit quality and safety of agricultural products;to improve the efficiency of propaganda;improve agricultural comprehensive law enforcement system to enhance customer satisfaction.
