In this dissertation,the target of CLSC(Closed-Loop Supply Chain CLSC)is to realize the members' profit maximization considering product disassemblability and recycling quality uncertainty,in the situation of growing shortage of resources and increasingly serious pollution of environment.The profits of CLSC members in different remanufacturing models have been analyzed and the coordination mechanism has been introduced,in order to maximize the profits of CLSC and to provide the theoretical basis for the enterprises when making pricing decisions.Product disassemblability refers to the difficulty of disassembling waste products into parts.Recycling quality refers to the quality level of parts disassembled from waste products,which depends on the product disassemblability and using time.The impact of different product disassemblabilities and recycling quality fluctuations on CLSC profit has been analyzed and the optimum pricing decision-making has been obtained,which can be used to provide guidance for enterprises to carry out remanufacturing operations.The main research content of this dissertation is as follows,Firstly,OEM(Equipment Manufacturer Original)remanufacturing model has been constructed considering product disassemblability and recycling quality uncertainty,in which OEM produces new products and remanufacturing products.Through equilibrium analysis and numerical examples,the optimal product disassemblability strategy and pricing decisions of OEM are obtained under different market conditions and cost fluctuations.Secondly,IO(Independent Operation remanufacturer)remanufacturing model has been constructed considering product disassemblability and recycling quality uncertainty,in which OEM produces new products and IO produces remanufacturing products.Through equilibrium analysis and numerical examples,the impact of OEM's product disassemblability strategy and recycling quality fluctuations on the CLSC market competition and members' profit can beobtained,which can be used to provide theoretical basis for CLSC members when making pricing decisions.Thirdly,the product market competition has been analyzed when OEM and IO both participate into remanufacturing.The impact of product disassemblability and recycling quality uncertainty on market competition and members' profit has been compared under different remanufacturing models.Research shows that the market competition is too fierce and members obtain less profit when both of OEM and IO are involved into remanufacturing.Meanwhile the other two remanufacturing models are more favorable for CLSC members.Finally,cooperation model of OEM and IO has been introduced,in order to compare the market competition and member's profit between the decentralized and centralized decision-making.The research shows that OEM's profit is higher in centralized decision.Although IO may not get more profit in centralized decision,IO still prefers to give up part of the profit and to participate in the cooperation model considering that IO is more easily to be driven out of remanufacturing market by OEM in decentralized decision,which can give some suggestions for CLSC members in cooperating and remanufacturing pricing decision-making.
