Safety Stock Setting Study On The Key Raw Material Of Bms In LS Company

New energy electric vehicles have become a new trend of the automobile industry development in the future.All the countries in the world are focusing on the research and the development of the electromobile.China follows the steps,especially after 2013,launches a series of policy to support and develop the new energy vehicles,which made the new energy vehicles industry in our country finally present strong growth.Power battery system is the core component of an electric vehicle.It has a great impact on the performance of the electric car.LS company is a lithium battery enterprise,which can provide customers with a complete set of energy solutions,and its volume of power battery system business increased sharply with the development of electric vehicles.Because of the characteristic of the power battery system,such as variety of raw materials,large volume,material's long lead time,etc.,LS company has to face the problem of inventory management,cost reduction.According to LS company production and inventory management's situation,this article proposed that the raw materials need to set up safety stock,especially for the raw material of battery management system,namely the BMS's electronic components,and we will focus on the research and design of safety stock about the electronic material.If we set up safety stock,it can not only solve the problem of the contradiction between supply and demand,also can reduce the inventory cost of LS company.First we use ABC classification to select the key models of BMS,and then using the BP neural network to forecast,finally based on the LS company actual situation,to use safety stock theory model,we can calculate the safety inventory results of the critical key to BMS electronic material.This article is to put the theory of safety stock model to apply in the concrete practice of LS company.It has important guiding significance for the LS company's inventory management and cost reduction...
