With the rapid development of information technology,the complexity of the product is deepening.Due to the continuous decline in transaction costs,the cost of capability elements realize the allocation of resources crossing enterprise has also been decreasing.Corporate gene rebuilding create new value products through the integration of the advantages of the elements to cross the value chain,this will be conducive to the formation of modular manufacturing network to a certain extent and enhance the value of output of the enterprise.Enterprise elements as separate modules to be free combination can optimize the loose-coupling of modular manufacturing network,which will achieve product diversification and satisfy the diversified needs.However,how does Corporate gene rebuilding affect the performance of new products by modular manufacturing network? And what are the specific measure dimensions of the modular manufacturing network? These are all discussed in this paper.First of all,on the basis of the literture,this paper reviews the theories of enterprise gene recombination,modular manufacturing network and so on,we found that the enterprise gene is actually ability factor unit,ability elements restructuring can promote the formation of modular manufacturing network to a certain extent,so as to enhance the performance of new products.However,most of the existing studies are qualitative research,empirical research is relatively scarce.This paper uses empirical research method,discusses whether corporate gene rebuilding can promote the formation of modular manufacturing network,whether modular manufacturing network can promote new product performance effectively,and whether modular manufacturing network as intermediary variable can affect the relationship between gene rebuilding and new product performance,at the same time we also analyzes the mediation of market competition strength between modular manufacturing network and new product performance.According to current research,we build a research model and then propose several corresponding research hypothesis.Secondly,this paper designed a questionnaire for related variables.And we Issue and recycle questionnaires in 100 Henan Province manufacturingenterprises and 60 manufacturingenterprises outside Henan Province,the data of this paper were analyzed by SPSS21.0,and then the results of statistical analysis were discussed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.The research model is established;2.There is a positive correlation between the enterprise gene recombination and the modular manufacturing network;3.There is a positive correlation between the enterprise gene recombination and new product performance;4.There is a positive correlation between modular manufacturing network and new product performance;5.corporate gene rebuilding can affect the new products performance through the indirect way of modular manufacturing network;6.market competition strength moderated the relationship between modular manufacturing network and the new product performance.Finally,This paper analyzes the results of the study,and points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper,and provides some reference suggestions for the future research direction.
