Study On Gene Rebuilding And Transformation Growth Of SMEs

As an important force of national economy and social progress, small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) plays an crucial role in pushing forward economic development, expanding social employment, boosting technological innovation and optimizing industrial structure. However, under the circumstance of strengthening resource constraint, financial crisis, fierce market competition and slow developing national finance market, SME, which itself is confronted with the constraint of capital, technology, human resource and information, has bid farewell to the time of low energy cost, low production material cost and low environment standard. SME is facing serious survival crisis. Given the changed environment, the practical problem of transformation growth is coming to the agenda of SME. This paper holds the main point that SME is an organism, whose growth is determined by a series of interactional enterprise gene. So the SME gene rebuilding, that is, the integration of enterprise gene and their effect relationship, will fundamentally change the growth condition of SME and promote transformation growth. Guided by above theory, the paper discusses the transformation growth problem of SME from the perspective of enterprise gene rebuilding, and establishes the research path of "SME gene-SME gene rebuilding-SME transformation growth". The main aim is to provides new proof of genetically studying SME transformation growth, and to deepen the theoretical research of the effect mechanism of enterprise gene rebuilding on the enterprise transformation growth.According to the above logical line, this paper contains several parts as follows:Firstly, the connotation and analysis framework of SME transformation growth. On the basis of revealing SME organism characteristic and defining SME gene, this paper, considering the growth condition and existing problem of SME in our country, analyses the connotation, essence and basic object of SME transformation growth, and then puts forward to the analysis framework of SME transformation growth from the respect of bionics.Secondly, empirical screening of SME gene. This paper selects SME gene types by analyzing basic resource and value chain theory, and by means of factor analysis, variance analysis, multiple comparison, hierarchical analysis and entropy evaluation, empirically testifies the main parts of SME gene, the feasibility of gene classification, and the importance of gene to SME growth.Thirdly, the gene rebuilding mechanism of SME transformation growth. Based on the effective screening of SME gene and the gene rebuilding analysis framework of SME transformation, this paper uses the complex adaptive system(CAS) theory and self-organization theory to discuss the gene rebuilding mechanism of SME transformation growth, and then reveals the basic strategy and strategy choice plan, so as to provide effective reference and suggestion for SME transformation growth practice.Fourthly, the simulation of gene-driven SME transformation growth. Based on the empirical screening results of SME gene and the analysis results of SME gene rebuilding theory, this paper applies main body-based modeling method to build stimulation model, stimulates the SME transformation growth process under the effect of gene, and states clear the dynamical evolution process of SME transformation growth and its effect factors.Compositing the above analysis, this paper comes to the conclusions as follows:Firstly, the connotation and analysis framework of SME transformation growth from the perspective of gene rebuilding. SME transformation growth is a process that SMEs, aiming to build high environment adaptive organization form, rebuild enterprise core competition capacity and improve social and market value, actively integrate and transform the internal business capacity to seek for the integral transformation of long-term operation direction, operation pattern, the relative organization mode and resource allocation methods. So "SME gene screening-SME gene rebuilding mechanism-SME transformation growth strategy" is the feasible analysis framework for researching SME transformation growth problem from the perspective of gene rebuilding.Secondly, SME gene screening index system, screening plan designation and screening results. According to the connotation of SME gene and the intersectional theoretical analysis of SME value chain and basic resource, this paper comes up with a SME gene screening system containing33detail indexes and designs special screening plans in line with the characteristic of the system, which show that SME genomes include four types of entrepreneur, technology, system and production. Each genome includes several genes like entrepreneur strategic decision capacity and entrepreneur innovation capacity.Thirdly, the connotation and mechanism of SME gene rebuilding. SME gene rebuilding includes two types of enterprise gene integration and enterprise gene transformation, among which gene integration is sequence or pattern re-organization of enterprise gene, whereas, gene transformation is a process that enterprises actively seek for and cultivate decisive enterprise gene, meanwhile fully mining the value potential of non-decisive genes. The self-organization evolution model of SME gene rebuilding shows that there are three main factors effecting the SME transformation growth. They are original growth capacity, the effect of gene integration and transformation and the external environment changes.Fourthly, the strategy choice of SME transformation growth. Generally speaking, those SMEs dominated by necessary and helpfulness genes perform weekly in their industries, for which it is necessary to improve the gene value potential and foster crucial enterprise gene. For those SMEs who possess decisive genes, considering that they are capable to control the critical and decisive capability elements in their field, it is helpful for them to operate exclusive business to hold their strength and dominant position.Fifthly, the dynamical evolution law of SME transformation growth. The software stimulation results of gene effect SME transformation growth suggest that, growth rate of individual quantity is relative high in early stage, while much smoother and more fluctuant in late stage until the quantity in the whole industry achieves dynamic equilibrium. Meanwhile, the more dynamical and complicated the environment is, the lower the rate of SMEs realize transformation growth is. Additionally, the expanding capacity changes of main management body exert obvious role in the SME scale, technology and financial increase.According to above conclusions, the innovation of this paper is reflected by three aspects:Firstly, this paper defines and interprets the connotation and essence of SME transformation growth from the perspective of bionics. The previous literatures both in and abroad mainly researched the connotation of enterprise transformation growth from the respect of organization behavior and strategy management. Although there existed differences in conclusions because of different research perspective and methods, they came to agreement that enterprise transformation growth is a complex system engineering, which fundamentally and systematically transform the enterprise growth mode. Although the above definition pointed out the thoroughness and complexity of enterprise transformation growth, it was unprofitable to recover the essence and general law of enterprise transformation growth. This paper redefines the connotation from the perspective of bionics, and deeply reveals its essence relying on the concept of enterprise gene.Secondly, this paper builds analysis framework of SME transformation growth based on enterprise gene rebuilding theory. Based on the redefinition and interpretation of the connotation and essence of SME transformation growth from the perspective of bionics, this paper reveals the internal logic among enterprise gene, enterprise gene rebuilding and SME transformation growth, and then builds analysis framework of SME transformation growth based on enterprise gene rebuilding theory. Enterprise gene rebuilding theory systematically discusses the connotation, characteristics, integration and transforming path of enterprise gene, and advocates to build new enterprise organization form and growth mode based on the integration and transformation of enterprise gene. So the analysis framework in this paper embodies the logic and ideas of "enterprise gene-enterprise gene rebuilding mechanism-SME transformation growth", so as to offer a new analysis path to genetically dissect transformation growth.Thirdly, this paper reveals the mechanism and effective strategies of SME transformation growth. Under the framework of enterprise gene rebuilding theory, this paper firstly apply CAS theory and self-organization theory to analyze the gene rebuilding mechanism of SME transformation growth, and then it takes reference of previous literatures, especially western literatures about enterprise transformation mode to induce and reveal the basic strategy of SME transformation growth, based on which, this paper combines with the strength of SME and its value in value chain to put forward to strategy choice plans of SME transformation growth.
