Research On Quality Management Of Construction Project Of Tianshi Healthy Industry Park

Tiens Health Industrial Park is one of the strategic nature of the industrial park of the local government building,the project is regarded very important.Qquality management has become an important requirement of the project and the major challenge.Engineering quality strictly,strict inspection,contractors and subcontractors strict requirements to ensure the smooth completion of the project,to produce high quality engineering products,it is particularly important.This article based on the combination of the specific practice of Tiens Health Industrial Park construction project,through field research and surveys and other methods to analyze the status of the quality management system Tiens Health Industrial Park,then through causal analysis,Delphi method,cause and effect diagrams,PDCA cycle mode,process improvement tools and methods to identify the cause of the current problems in the quality management system of the project and proposed improvement measures and implement reasonable security programs running.The paper also proposes to strengthen the awareness of quality management from the strengthening of the three aspects of quality management information system and improve the quality of supervision and management system,and to protect the health of Tiens Industrial Park Project Quality Management running system.Results of this study in the quality management of Tiens Health Industrial Park project has a good role in direct assistance,but also can provide reference for quality management for China’s development and construction of the same type of industrial park project.
