The Study On Power Construction Project With A Perspective Of Quality Control

This thesis, with quality control of power construction projects as the research object, analyzes features and organizational structures of power construction projects and various process and procedures that cause quality-related problems in our country and introduces theories, such as system theory, control theory, and economics, into quality control. Accordingly, the thesis proposes that quality control of power construction projects should adhere to ISO9000 through building up models for quality system and quality control of projects, applying PDCA recycling principle, starting with work quality, process quality and product quality and three stages of pre-work control, in-process control and post-work control, controlling elements, key procedures and crucial parts that influence project quality and make full use of modernized management in order to strengthen quality control in construction units, contractors and supervisors and thoroughly carry out quality management.The final part of this thesis studies relative theories with practical power construction projects to prove the good effects of the above methods, which means a good control for project quality and provides referential information for quality control of other power construction projects.
