Research On The Path Of The Rural Financial Business Of City Commercial Banks From The Practice Of Weifang Bank

Since 2004,the central document has focused on the development of rural economy.As rural finance is the core of rural economic development,the central documents No.1 also propose different requirements for the development of rural finance.At the same time,the development of rural economy,increasing rural financial demand,city commercial banks arising and the CBRC relaxing rise access standard of the rural financial market make the city commercial banks rise attention to rural financial market.Firstly,based on the theory of financial development and financial innovation theory,this article summarizes the domestic and foreign research related to the supply and the demand of rural finance and the path of city commercial banks in rural financial market.Secondly,this thesis studies the macro policy supporting the rural finance,summarizes the evolution of China policy on rural financial system and analyses the requirements of macro policy to the rural financial services,to lay the foundation for city commercial banks to carry out the rural financial service.Thirdly,this article did research on present situation of the financial services in rural areas of China,respectively,from the supply of rural financial and demand of rural finance,two aspects of the rural financial market,and pointed out the problems that exist in China's rural financial market.Then,this thesis studied the status quo of city commercial banks to develop rural financial services,using SWOT to analyze the strategy that the city commercial banks should take in rural financial market.Finally,based on the practice of Bank of Weifang,this article summed up the practices which the city commercial banks would take to develop rural financial business and explored the path of city commercial banks in rural financial market.
