Abstract/Summary:
In the background of economic globalization,increasingly numbers of Chinese enterprises start to emphasize the importance and the value of corporate culture improvement.But it’s just at its beginning in the northwest.So facing the chance and challenge of economy development,constructing a characteristic corporate culture can make the corporations develop steadily and healthily.As power industry is the basically which provides electric energy for social production and our daily life.Electric power corporations are occupying a critical place in the development of national economy.With rapidly economic development in our country,the growing demand for primary energy and electricity gives the power industry has brought unprecedented opportunities for development,while the old system in management ills gradually prominent.In the face of serious challenges and good opportunities to achieve sustainable development,power companies are building a good corporate culture.It’s full of practical value of the research topic to improve the power system enterprise culture as a soft industrial project in this specific area,which combines with the characteristics of Inner Mongolia regional characteristics and power system’s own habits,traditional culture.On the basis of seriously integrate and analysis enterprise culture improvement theory in-depth,it’s the topic and the content of this paper to look for a more appropriate way.There are five chapters in this paper.First of all,through studying on enterprise culture theory system development and the domestic and international theories,the article expounds the theoretical system of corporate culture and industrial engineering systematically.Then sum up the influence factors and characteristics of Inner Mongolia power enterprise.Furthermore,by taking EHV Power Supply Bureau for an example which belongs to Inner Mongolia Power Group,the paper finds out some shortcomings,analyzes their causes and presents countermeasure of its own corporate culture improvement.Finally,the article provides corporate culture improvement and innovation strategies of Inner Mongolia Power(Group)Co.,Ltd.Therefore,this study of Inner Mongolia Power(Group)Co.,Ltd.in enterprise culture improvement has a unique significance for speeding up electric power system in Inner Mongolia and even the Northwest of China.
