With the rapid development of economy of China,economic structure of China has entered a transition phase.Only the rich energy and resources can not meet the needs of sustainable development of electric power companies.Meanwhile,with the deepening of the power system,market-oriented degree of the power company has continuously improved,increasing competition among them.The focus of competition of electric power companies will be based on the human resource-based creative ability to compete.Human resources as the core capital of the companies,play a pivotal role in the competition.So human resources has restricted the first factor of the development of electric power companies.Electricity increasing emphasis on human resources management,and human resources management has become an important part of the management of electric power companies.Inner Mongolia Power Group is a large state-owned power grid enterprises of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and it is facing issues that human resource management falls behind the development needs.This paper is based on the theory related to human resources management,makes the use of methods about qualitative analysis,research and comparative research and combines theory with practice.On the analysis of the status of human resources management of Inner Mongolia Power Group,the paper identifies its problems.On this basis,this paper presents a solution of Human Resource Management problems of Inner Mongolia Power Group and recommendations of strengthening of human resource management.
