| Hebei province development strategy emerging industry,is a complex system engineering,the central enterprises to Hebei strategic emerging industry development has the vital role.Currently,the central enterprises to enter the local space layout will be affected by the transfer of space hard environment factors and soft environment factors.In the current situation of the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this paper mainly studies the impact of the central enterprises strategic emerging industries to enter and stay in Hebei ecological environment factors.Through reading a large number of relevant literature and questionnaire survey,finishing the main influencing factors,that affect the development of the central enterprises into the development of strategic emerging industries,we analyze the hard environment factors,including geographical location,resource endowments,industrial growth,infrastructure,national planning and scientifically evaluate the objective conditions and advantages of Hebei;We pay more and more attention to the important environmental factors,including regional culture,supporting services,industry integration,government management,collaboration and set up the index system,and establish a model of the central enterprises to carry out the analysis and verification of the ecological environment in Hebei,and finally form a normative model which can analyze the ecological environment of the central enterprises,and provides guidance and reference for the development of Hebei's economy.The contribution of this paper is: first,the combination of the specific situation of Hebei Province,the central enterprises to study the strategic emerging industries of the ecological environment,targeted;second,the central enterprises in Tianjin and the development of strategic emerging industries the concept of a new definition of ecological environment;third,the creation of a "double suction" model and the evaluation index system. |
