No matter from which point of view,the aim of this strategy,it may be decided in a country,a region the leapfrog development lifeblood of the economy and technology in the future.As a resource of hebei province,and keep ahead,overwhelming,but from the financial crisis in 2008 to the present more than eight years have passed,the extent to which the strategic emerging industry cluster development in hebei province,which first industry has an advantage can focus on developing,development problems and where is it? These are the purpose of this study.tatic agglomeration degree in the same industry as the object of reference,the result shows that the strategic emerging industry cluster agglomeration in hebei province as a whole is not high,but in slow growing year by year,Dynamic cluster degree is mainly reflected in hebei province in the period of strategic emerging industry cluster trend,according to the results,high-end equipment manufacturing industry to gather in hebei province from 2009 to 2009 years is growing faster than the national average growth rate,has great development potential.In this paper,through the combination of theory and empirical method to study the strategic emerging industry cluster agglomeration degree in hebei province and its influence factor analysis.This article first from a strategic emerging industry the connotation,classification,industry characteristics,industrial cluster and industrial cluster agglomeration degree analysis method,etc were summarized,Then analyzed the hebei province eight strategic emerging industry development present situation,and from the point of view of static and dynamic two evaluation the agglomeration degree of strategic new industry clusters in hebei province,the new energy industry in the first place,relatively has a certain competitive advantage.Then,this paper use grey correlation analysis and principal component analysis method to the influence factors of strategic emerging industry cluster agglomeration degree in hebei province are analyzed.Using location quotient agglomeration degree index in hebei province to analysis the influence factors and its correlation degree,the results showed that the primary influence factors of sorting is: cluster innovation support > cluster environment support > cluster industry support,illustrate the strategic emerging industry cluster innovation support of hebei province is the most crucial;Then,from the environment of the cluster innovation support,gather support,concentration of industrial support three angles,respectively,using principal component analysis to research,found that every factor influencing the level of the problems need to be promoted.With a total of seven provinces of eastern,central and western rankings,as the eastern region than but in some provinces in the central region in hebei province for a fourth.Finally explores the reasons and puts forward Suggestions on the sustainable development.Study of strategic emerging industry cluster agglomeration degree in hebei province has been relatively lack,and in this paper,the strategic emerging industry cluster agglomeration degree in hebei province and its influencing factors analysis,not only fully use the data to carry on the empirical analysis of high-tech industries,and from the industry of national economy belongs to the category classification of the strategic emerging industry of 11 sub industry as the research object,from a certain angle for enriched the width of the area studies. |
