Research On Financial Service And Innovation In Rural Areas Of Sichuan Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's rural areas have basically made a historic leap from mere subsistence to moderate prosperity,and goes into the critical period of building a well-off society in all-round way.Agriculture is the base of national economy.It has important and strategic position in the process of modernization.China has nearly 700 million rural population,sustainable development of agriculture directly affects the country's economic development and social stability.Rural finance as one of important content of building a new socialist countryside,plays a key role of promoting industrial development of agriculture.The modern rural financial system is vital for continuing to stimulate economic activity,and adequate financial supports ensure the stability of rural economic activities.Over the years,China's rural financial system had been improved gradually,and plays increasingly important role in rural economy.In the third plenary session of the 18th central committee of Communist Party of China(CPC),the central government has proposed the deployment planning of rural financial system,and further pointed out that measures should be taken to revive and promote the rural financial market.Although Sichuan province is a big agricultural province with large population,Three Rural Issues is outstanding and,the economy in rural areas is apparently more backward than the east of China.Connecting with the practical situation of rural finance in Sichuan,we analyzes and summarizes the relative literatures,and select Qu County as case study.The paper analyzed its supply and demand in Qu County,and summarized increasingly innovative services of Rural Credit Union.Finally,the paper proposed some countermeasures to standardize the rural finance market,and promote the development of the rural finance system.
