The continuous development of China's travel agency industry,tourism e-commerce as an important technical means to gradually play its huge potential and value,and has broad prospects for development.Sichuan province is very rich in tourism resources,with red,ancient,green and other characteristics.The unique value and appeal to Sichuan youth travel agency as the representative of a group of Sichuan travel agency how to quickly highlight the electronic commerce,the industrial upgrading and scientific layout,to achieve sustainable development.Therefore,the short-term goal is to achieve the economic benefits of travel agencies to improve long-term goal is to shape the brand image and value of travel agencies.This is for Sichuan travel agencies and the entire tourism industry,is the industry development opportunities is a crucial challenge.In this paper,the current situation and existing problems of SC travel agency marketing and the strategy of speeding up the construction and development of travel agencies are discussed and discussed in this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part is the introduction.Including research background,research purpose and significance,research content and research methods.The second part is the definition of the concept and the literature review at home and abroad.An overview of the concept of travel agencies and travel service marketing related concepts,describes the domestic and foreign research on travel agency service marketing.The third part,the empirical study on Sichuan Youth Travel agency.This paper expounds the present situation of Sichuan youth travel service marketing,involving products,pricing,channels of communication,promotion,personnel management,visible display and service process and other aspects.Through the questionnaire survey,in-depth analysis of Sichuan Youth Travel Service Marketing problems.The fourth part of the new period Sichuan Youth Travel Service Marketing strategy.The paper points out that we should first establish the idea of service marketing comprehensive travel agency;second is the integration of multi product resources,and gradually expand the compounding network market;third,launched to meet the personalized needs of the tourism products,the creation of a new brand image,fourth,to make travel agency internal organization reform and upgrade,improve the service quality of personnel.Finally,do a good job of travel agency service function extension,improve customer satisfaction.Finally,summarize the whole text,pointed out that the Sichuan Province travel agency to the electronic commerce construction as an opportunity to travel through the improvement of the existing service marketing strategy,re shaping the brand image of travel agency,so as to enhance the comprehensive strength of travel agency.
