Securities market is an important part of China’s capital market,and plays an important role in the healthy development of the capital market.After more than 20 years of development,the securities market has shown a certain strength and scale.At the same time of rapid development,the industry monopoly has been broken,and the securities brokerage business has stepped into the background of "meager profit".Securities companies have gradually realized the "marketing" role in promoting business.With the global economic competition intensified,the securities business varieties will continue toward specialization and diversification,but in recent years,with the gradual liberalization policies,the major securities companies to gradually increase the layout and construction of light outlets around the city,the market competition is more intense.The second half of 2015,with the China stock market downturn,the market trading volume shrinking,coupled with a multi family era,escalating the war Commission,the traditional securities brokerage business profitability was exacerbated by a declining trend,especially in the securities brokerage business income accounted for the main position of small and medium-sized firms in this situation,the market is facing a severe test and challenge.In the current complex and ever-changing market environment,how to find the marketing strategy suitable for the business department’s own development and gain survival and competitive advantage has become the urgent task of the small and medium-sized brokerage business department.Through the research and analysis of the current marketing strategy of LC securities Zhengzhou Sales Department,this paper finds out the corresponding problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to make them adopt the marketing strategy suitable for their own development.At the same time,it can also play a certain reference role in the formulation and optimization of the marketing strategy of other small and medium-sized brokerage business department.In this paper,LC securities business department of Zhengzhou as the research object in the collection,sorting and reading a lot of literature and experience,based on the actual research,combined with the EMBA knowledge in curriculum theory,in-depth analysis of the status and problems of marketing LC securities business department of Zhengzhou faced,and carried out detailed analysis and Exploration on business marketing environment and marketing factors.With the combination of 7P service marketing theory,according to the Zhengzhou Sales Department of LC securities marketing strategy optimization,through segmentation and positioning of the target market,the business department should strengthen the construction of marketing channel,how to strengthen the marketing team building,how to build a marketing system,how to improve the service level and service quality,how to make different marketing strategies the standard commission.And through the development of a series of follow-up safeguards,so that its sales department can continue to increase market share,and gain competitive advantage.
