Research On Material Purchasing Management Of ANI Project Of Group F

With the comprehensive development of the concept of "Industrial 4.0" and "Intelligent manufacturing in China",Automation equipment manufacturing industry is developing fast now.The demand for high precision automation equipment is increasing and automation equipment manufacturing project will be more and more in the future.Now,the daily necessities which are manufactured by automation equipment such as electronic products updating very rapidly,and people have a very high timeliness requirement for the production of automation equipment.So,to provide high quality equipment on time is the key to a successful automation equipment manufacturing project.However,the most critical factor which determines the quality and the timeliness of automation equipment manufacturing project is the level of material supply.It can be seen that research on material purchasing management of automation equipment manufacturing project has great significant on promoting the development of automation equipment manufacturing industry.But,because of the particularity of automation equipment manufacturing project material structure and the unpredictability of purchasing abnormal problem,there is no perfect management system for automation equipment manufacturing project material purchasing at yet.This paper is discussed in detail the complexity of material purchasing management for automation equipment manufacturing project and the solution of purchasing abnormal problem based on group F ANI project as an example.In addition,this paper has improved the material purchasing system of group F through the research and practice,then,the paper summarized a set of a more appropriate management plan for automation equipment manufacturing project material purchasing.The specific content of this paper is to introduce the background of the ANI project first,and then discussed how to control procurement process though following steps,first,predicting the material procurement schedule;second,modifying the project procurement schedule according to specific influencing factors;third,taking measures to optimize the project procurement schedule;forth,controling the implementation of the project after the optimization of the progress.And then the paper introduces how to control the ANI project material procurement costs through the use of cost dynamic control process.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems encountered in the quality management of ANI project material purchasing and puts forward the corresponding measures.The project team combined with the VMI HUB warehouse operating system and other creative material procurement management methods such as the use of P-BOM contracting model,the procurement of strategic bargaining and material quality standard card in the whole process of the ANI project material purchasing management.ANI project was completed by the end of August 2016 and passed the customer certification at last.This proves that the material procurement work of the automation equipment manufacturing project is effective.The research results of this paper are only one small step forward for the establishment of the automation equipment manufacturing project material procurement management system,which has certain reference value for the material procurement management of the automation equipment manufacturing project.In addition,there are still many problems and shortcomings that I hope they can be solved and maked up in the follow-up project management research work.
