With the development of science,consumer electronics market also change rapidly,the market with the lots of kinds of electronic products offer a convenient tools for human’s life.However,the life of electronic products is too short,sometimes only a scientific and technological achievements into the market,just listed products will be eliminated by the market.Electronic waste will produce a variety of electronic rubbish,due to the characteristics of electronic rubbish,if not timely processing of these out of the electronic waste decomposition of the radiation will cause serious environmental pollution,that will have a great effect to people’s health.User groups as a great node in the closed-loop supply chain that not only has the buying behavior,but also has the returning behavior according to the matching selection of product characteristics and the needs of the individual whether to return.In addition,the user group also has the ability to return the waste products,and users get the maximum utility through their rational behavior,which determines the role of the user in the closed loop supply chainThis paper first reviews the relevant user perception,intention of user and user behavior,also the related research status of user utility,on this basis,the supply chain recovery different modes and their features,summarize the electronic manufacturing enterprises choose recycling mode standards.According to the great role of users group in the supply chain,considering the user in the supply chain price satisfaction,user utility evaluation and the profit of the supply chain system,defines the multi-objective model framework of closed-loop supply chain according to trading center recycling the waste products and user return behavior.According to the theoretical framework,this thesis builds two optimization models.One of them considers the trading center trade the waste products with the user group,the other consider the both the trading center trade the waste products with the user group and the user group’s returning behavior.We consider the recovery transaction’s effect to the user willingness to return to number of used products,user intention including incentive and no incentive.The price includes user satisfaction for new products,repair products,waste products,returned product satisfaction different prices.At the same time,the user utility also includes these four types of products.In the optimization models,we study the M company’s mobile phone closed-loop supply chain,optimizing the simulation models.This thesis use the Matlab with the genetic algorithm to solve the two models.The three objective functions’ are closed-loop supply chain price satisfaction,user utility,enterprise profit.According to the results,given M’s practical suggestions to guide product pricing,’ corporate profits in different periods in optimal circumstances Maximize user utility.
