In the era of knowledge economy,employees are the core competencies of enterprise development.However,under the current modern human resource management system,some of the enterprises do not pay attention to the human resource management of employees'.For example,the incentive mechanism and the welfare system are incomplete and cannot meet the needs of employees'.It eventually leads to staff wastage.Reasonable employee turnover is beneficial to the development of enterprises,but the voluntary turnover is obviously not conducive to the stable development of enterprise.Currently,the management of employee turnover is also a hot spot in the research in China.And the enterprise attaches great importance to the problem of employee turnover.In this paper,M company is selected as a research sample.It combines domestic and foreign literature and summarizes the relevant theories,then through the point of organizational commitment to study M company's employee turnover problem and how to solve it.Firstly,the author analyzes the current situation of staff wastage through the feature of employee turnover,employees' whereabouts and the influence.On this basis,the interview investigation method is used for analyzing the reasons of employee resignation.The questionnaire is used for analyzing the employees' intention to quit,summarize the reasons of employee resignation,and then discuss the result.It includes such things as the lack of effective organizational communication,imperfect motivation mechanism,low organizational commitment,highly competitive rates,and etc.At the end,a sophisticated strategy is come up by combining the e reasons of employee resignation.The strategy mainly includes improving emotional commitments,developing a work-life balance,enhancing Human resource management system,making employees' organizational commitment stronger,optimizing staff recruitment and departure procedure,and etc..This paper studies the problem of employee turnover in current M's human resource management.It is through the organizational commitment to analyze the impact of employee turnover.The conclusions provide some suggestions and references for enterprises management in China and solving the problem of employee turnover in M Company.
