In the logistics business,the correctly and reasonably distribution path arrangement can effectively save the transportation time,increase the utilization rate of vehicles and reduce transportation costs,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and the level of customer service,therefore,more and more enterprises have aroused the attention of the VRP.In this paper,through the analysis of T company logistics distribution time not fixed,high distribution cost,high loading rate and other problems,describing it as the vehicle routing problem with time window,on the basis of running the shortest path,minimum transport cost,delivery vehicle numbers and customer satisfaction the most high(as far as possible at the request of the customer service time in the window)as the goal,with the vehicle loading capacity,time window,vehicle distance constraints established VRP with time window multi-objective model of T company,using a simple Genetic Algorithm to solve the case and analysis.At the same time,according to the demanding of the actual business,the initial time for customer service is set to a non-zero integer;the distance of the vehicle is limited;the volume of the vehicle is limited.Finally,by setting the different initial service time and the maximum distance,the paper analyzes the influence of them on the total cost,and then finds an optimal solution for T company.
