Under the rapid development trend of Mobile Internet,the online and offline mode of O2 O is infiltrated in production and life.Various industries are looking for O2 O mode which is suitable for the development of the industry.The take-out industry has also formed a takeout platform with O2 O characteristics.With the development of the take-out O2 O platform,the offline take-out gradually combined with the traditional logistics distribution mode to form a take-out O2 O logistics distribution model: Merchant self-distribution,Platform delivery and Platform fast delivery.At present,most of the research in this field at home and abroad is focus on the selection of distribution mode and the optimization of distribution path,but many of them stay at the theoretical analysis level of the pattern characteristics and the traditional path optimization scene.The application of specific O2 O distribution scene is relatively few.Based on this,this paper firstly establishes a selection model of dual-target take-out distribution mode with the change of order quantity as the target of distribution service quality and distribution cost.Then the time window penalty cost function is added in different modes to establish the corresponding distribution path optimization model.The details are as follows:The paper studies the application status of the distribution model in the take-out distribution industry under the O2 O mode,and points out the dilemma faced by merchants under the condition of increasing the current O2 O platform.From the point of view of merchants,taking merchant self-distribution and platform distribution as the choice scheme,and establishes a selection model of take-out distribution mode as the target of distribution service quality and distribution cost.Firstly,the Logistics Service Quality evaluation Model(LSQ)is used to combine the specific take-out distribution business scene to establish a three-layer factor index system.Secondly,considering the information timeliness factor,and using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy value method synthetically,the index weight matrix is obtained.The index values of the two modes in the study area are obtained by means of questionnaire survey to get the evaluation index system of three-layer distribution service quality with four level two index and ten three level index.Then the composition of take-out distribution cost is analyzed and the cost model is constructed.The service quality function and cost change function with the average daily order quantity and the number of distribution personnel are obtained,and the weight coefficient method and the inverse method are used to deal with these two contradictory objective functions.Finally,the field research is carried out on the take-out merchants located in the school area as well as the white-collar gathering area.Input the acquired data into the model,get the distribution service quality and cost function that changes with the order quantity and the number of the distributor,and provide a reasonable plan according to the current situation of the merchant and the future development needs.Based on the above mode selection,this paper establishes the path Optimization model with time window from the point of view of Merchant self-distribution and Platform distribution,and uses genetic algorithm to solve it.Combining with the actual time window function of the model,the time penalty cost of two times is proposed,which conforms to the change of customer satisfaction.Add a timeout penalty cost to the objective function for two different modes.With add a timeout penalty cost to the objective function for two different modes,the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows(VRPTW)for Merchant self-distribution and the Vehicle Pickup and Delivery Problem with Time Windows(PDPTW)for platform distribution are established under the condition of the minimum cost target.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and by comparing the cost,distance and time before and after the time window penalty function is added,it is proved that it ensures the quality of distribution service and also reasonably controls the distribution cost.
