The Target Cost Control Problems And Countermeasures In Tp Project

In the current market environment of globalization,competitions between enterprises at home and abroad become increasingly fiercer.With the loss of China's demographic dividend,the increase in raw materials prices,the rise of labor costs,and the continuous appreciation of Renminbi,China's manufacturing is facing more and more difficult situation.In the premise of the same quality and function,the "cost lead" is very important to allow the enterprise to be invincible in the competition.But in our country,due to the beginning of modern enterprise management,the cost management level is not high,and it has always been one of the important reasons to restrict the survival,profit and development of enterprises.In this case,in order to survive,many enterprises have to think about how to lower the manufacturing cost.Most enterprise cost reduction methods are based on managers' subjective intention,lack of market driven,employees lack of enthusiasm,so the results are not significant.Through consulting a large number of literatures,understanding the situation of target cost control,learning from the previous theory and research achievements,this paper research the target cost control in Hilong Pipeline Engineering Technology Service Co.,Ltd with the TP project as the breakthrough point.With discovering problems,analyzing problems,and finally solving the problems as the main line,combining theory and practice,the paper through solve specific problems in TP project target cost control to explore and construct specific routes and methods that meet the cost control of enterprises.The paper tries to put forward some new solutions to the cost control,make innovation and development of the target cost management mode,hoping it can be promoted and applied to renew the concept of traditional cost management of our country and improve the cost management level in an all-round way.
